Always Something There To Remind Me

[vc_row][vc_column width="5/6"][vc_column_text]I discovered a while ago that for me to really take responsibility for what I am creating in my life, there needs to be a high level of intention surrounding what I am creating. But intention is always dependent on attention. If I am not conscious or aware of what my internal navigation system is saying to me, about what feels right, what feels like a fit, what feels true to me, then intention can go amiss. Connecting to our internal navigation is not something we should leave to chance. We have to cultivate it daily so that we understand when our energy has shifted and what that shift is saying to us. So I have left little reminders all around my house that reminds me of my internal creative force. This golden Buddha on my window sill for example, acts like an anchor that reminds me connect. It reminds me to take a deep breath and tap the wealth within and from that place set my intention, my plan of action and my next move.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width="1/6"][/vc_column][/vc_row]
